Mayor Stephen Tolley

Recently elected as Mayor of East New Market had previously served on the HDC (Historic District Commission) before being elected to a four year term on the town council where he served as Vice Mayor during that time. He was appointed as acting mayor in the final year of that term due to the untimely passing of our beloved Mayor Caroline Cline.
